SmartCraft™ uses an Auto-detect and Auto-select routine. This allows you to plug in a SmartCraft monitor into any ‘02 or later Smartcraft™ ready engine and arranges the information for the type of engine you have, including identifying sensors. It then tells you if the sensor is faulty or not. When it’s done, it gathers all the information and discards the displays that are not applicable to your engine.
